The Angels did not clinch the A.L. West on Tuesday, losing to the New York Yankees 7-1 while the second-place Texas Rangers were winning up in Seattle 7-3.
Their magic number remains 2.
There are tickets available for the Wednesday afternoon game, giving those who don’t mind ditching a day of school or work to make it out to the yard to watch the Angels and do a little scoreboard watching.
The Angels-Yankees’ game starts at 12:35 p.m., the Rangers-Mariners game starts at 1:40 p.m.
