Salmon always struck me as a good guy. But when I read that he didn't Cadillac it at school -- that he went to classes like everybody else and did the work because it mattered to him -- well, that's proof, I suppose. In any case, it's a very nice little get. And +2 on Salmon as hitting instructor. If he could teach guys like Aybar and Izturis and Rivera and, well, every Angel other than Vlad and Hunter and Napoli to watch more ball fours...
