Spring training: Fun with photos, Part Deux

Angels pitchers and catchers begin workouts Saturday, and the grounds crew (pictured, left)  makes sure Manager Mike Scioscia’s team gets to practice on freshly mowed grass at Tempe Diablo Stadium.

Meanwhile, at Tampa Bay’s training camp in Port Charlotte, Fla., new Rays right fielder Matt Joyce (right)  proves he can play catch and chew bubble gum at the same time.

Back in Arizona, Phoenix to be exact, Oakland outfielder Travis Buck (below, right) gets loose and demonstrates the strong, self-love approach the Athletics will take into the 2009 campaign as they try to overtake the Angels.
