For those who haven’t followed it, there has been a flap these past few days in Chicago because ex-Angels pitcher Bartolo Colon hadn’t shown up for a minor-league rehab stint. The best part of the whole thing is White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen’s contention that Colon is distraught because of the death of Michael Jackson.
As usual with Guillen, it’s hard to tell if he’s serious.
