Juan gone (from the lineup)

* Manager Mike Scioscia said it’s just a scheduled day off for the regular left fielder, Juan Rivera. He also said he has no plans to break up the middle of the order — Torii Hunter, Vlad Guerrero, Rivera — even though his top run producer, Kendry Morales often is forced to hit in the No. 6 hole.

Here are today’s lineups as the Angels try to avoid getting swept:
